Two soups in one bowl creamy tomato & peppery watercress, served with a homemade sundried tomato bread roll
Homemade Smoked Fish & Spinach Tartlet
A warm tartlet with a creamy filling of smoked haddock, salmon & spinach served with salad leaves
Duck Liver, Orange & Brandy Pate with Melba Toast & Salad
A pate of pork & duck liver sweetened with orange & brandy served with salad leaves & Melba toast
Open Ravioli with Butternut Squash & Mushrooms (V)
Layers of pasta interleaved with roughly mashed parmesan & butter flavoured butternut squash, topped with mixed mushrooms & dressed with spinach

Roast Turkey & Baked Gammon with Chipolata & Bacon Rolls & Stuffing
Christmas Cracker Pheasant
Breast of pheasant stuffed with a chestnut & clementine forcemeat wrapped in caul, braised in mulled wine spices,
served with a pheasant & chestnut filo pastry parcel & a sauce made from the braising
Cranberry, Sage & Red Onion Stuffed Pork Belly with Cider & Onion Sauce
Belly of pork stuffed with cranberries red onion & sage slowly poached in cider & onion stock, the meat is then pressed before being cut & roasted in the oven to finish.
Served with roasted apple, black pudding, crackling & a sauce made from the cooking liquor

Our fresh fish is locally caught so is dependent on availability & the weather
