THE ATLANTIC OCEAN MENU
We will be "in Port" each evening
from 6:30pm
from Wednesday to Friday
each  full week of the Month

STARTERS
Suya (Cameroon) Beef Sate Kebabs
Strips of beef marinated in garlic, ginger, paprika & cinnamon coated in crushed peanuts & griddled, served with a shredded vegetable salad
Argentinian Shrimp Ceviche
Blanched prawns marinated in citrus juices then tossed in diced tomato onion & capsicum pepper served on top of diced cucumber & avocado
Nkatenkwan (Ghana) Peanut Soup
A pureed onion, aubergine, tomato & garlic soup flavoured with peanut butter & flaked smoked fish
MAINS
Al-Aïch (Mauritania) Chicken, Beans and Couscous
A casserole of chicken, chick peas & tomato flavoured with paprika & coriander which is poured over couscous
Venezuelan Barbecued Pork
Sliced pork loin marinated in parsley, garlic, onion, peppers, oil & vinegar before being griddled
Lapin Chasseur  (Canada) Hunter Style Bunny
Bunny braised in red wine & tomatoes with mushrooms & onion
